Have Any Debilitating Condition
In addition to those listed above, almost ANY medical condition, that has a negative effect on your life, can qualify you to try medical marijuana as a treatment option.

Meet Eligibility Requirements
In addition to having a qualifying illness, medical marijuana patients must be at least 18 years old and have proof of Louisiana residency. This can be a current, government-issued ID, pay stub, or utility bill with patient's name.

Get A Recommendation
In the world of medical marijuana, a RECOMMENDATION is similar to a prescription. You will meet with a licensed medical provider who will evaluate your health history to determine if you are eligible for a medical marijuana recommendation.

Send Your Recommendation
A decision on eligibility is made immediately at the conclusion of your consultation. The provider will fax or electronically send your recommendation to the medical marijuana pharmacy. Handwritten, paper copies, and telephone orders are not accepted.

Medical Marijuana consultations are painless, confidential, and often done in the comfort of your own home. The flat rate fee includes consultation with a licensed medical provider and electronic recommendation to the Louisiana medical marijuana pharmacy of your choice. Louisiana medical marijuana recommendations are good for 1 year. After that year, please schedule your renewal consultation with us.
